Bookings and Reservation,


You can book/reserve a room through your local travel agent or makes a private bookings through our online service. See the page Rooms and rates for more details on online bookings. You may also make bookings/reservation by email or telephone calls. Please make sure your bookings/reservation is confirmed at a reasonable time before arrival.


Check-In


It is mandatory to fill in Guest registration form at the reception desk before checking into your respective rooms. You are also urged to read the guest directory booklet placed in your room as this will help you to familiarize yourself with the hotel as well as provide you with some useful information that you might need during your stay.
Information and Enquiry
The reception staffs are friendly, approachable and proactive to respond to your questions or any other thing you would like to know about the area. So therefore feel free to approach the reception staffs if you wish to ask question or need any assistance.
 

Messages


All messages addressed to you will be personally delivered to your room by the reception staff. However, in case you are not available then a message slip will be placed in your key picking pot at the reception counter to inform you of your message .

Foreign Exchange


It is possible to exchange currency at reception Desk. Current Rates of major currencies are displayed on foreign Exchange Rate Board at the reception.

 

Safety Deposit Box


Safety deposit boxes are available in some rooms as well as the reception for rental. All guest are encouraged to hire one of these boxes for safe keeping of cash and valuables. The Hotel management takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen from the room if it has not been placed in a safety deposit box.


Please ensure that the safe door is properly locked before leaving the room. On check out please clear your belongings from the safe, surrender your key at the reception desk. please note that there is an extra charge for any lost safe keys.


Check Out Time Check out time is 12 noon. Should you wish to extend your check out time please contact reception. Extended check out time is subject to availability and there might be extra charges.

It is our sincere objective to keep the hotel facilities in a perfect condition at all times, The hotel provides 24 hour maintenance supports and services. please feel free to Kindly report any technical problems in your room at the reception desk.
